To celebrate legendary English author Jane Austen’s 250th birthday, come and learn how to make an authentic Regency (early nineteenth century) high tea with the Cotswold Cookery School. Includes strawberry tartlets, apple tarts, marzipan hedgehogs and hot chocolate. All ingredients included, modern tastes carefully accommodated and tea for four to take home!
