THE LOST ART OF ANCIENT GRAINS

Combine the best of the past with a nod to the future by learning how to stone mill and bake your own sourdough flatbread with ancient grain from a Abbey Home Farm, topped with pesto of ground elder, which was brought to Britain for salads by the Romans! Followed by an optional pay-as-you-feel lunch with Tom and the team.
